By 2025 Kazakhstan to step up annual oil production by 108 mln tons

ASTANA. October 8. KAZINFORM By 2025, Kazakhstan is expected to increase the annual oil production by 108 million tons.
CEO of KazMunayGas National Company Sauat Mynbayev told KAZENERGY forum in Astana on Tuesday.
According to him, the analogous rate amounted to 79 million tons in 2012.
"A lot depends on the implementation of some projects, including expansion of Tengiz field, the third stage of Karachaganak and the second stage of Kashagan fields," Mr. Mynbayev stressed. "And the company [KazMunayGas] is a part of all these projects."
