Buying and selling of housing increased by 17.1% - Statistics Agency

ASTANA. January 13. KAZINFORM /Zhanna Korkitova/ The number of purchase and sales transactions of housing made up 139,153 last year; the Agency of Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan says.
"In December, 2010 the number of purchase and sales transactions registered made 11,768 decreasing by 10.5 percent against the last month", a message reads.
According to the statistics, over January-December, 2010 the number of purchase and sales of housing has increased by 17.1 percent against the similar period of 2009.
