Businessman shot dead in the head in the center of Petropavlovsk

PETROPAVLOVSK. November 7. KAZINFORM A businessman was shot through the head on November 6 in the center of Petropavlovsk, the local police confirmed.
The body of the 47-year-old entrepreneur was discovered in a Mercedes car near Okean supermarket at 12:50 PM on November 6.
A 41-year-old resident of Petropavlovsk city admitted to the murder and surrendered to the police. He confessed the victim owed him money but refused to return the debt.
An investigation has been initiated.
