Budget programs' achieved result amounts to 86-89 percent -Minister Dossaev
ASTANA. October 16. KAZINFORM - The results haveing been achieved by the budget programs are equal to 86-89 percent. This has been announced by the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Erbolat Dossaev at a conference in the Majilis.
"Every year in view of ongoing adjustments and refinements there is incomplete utilization of the budget: in 2010 - 37.6 billion tenge, in 2011 - 43.2 billion tenge, and in 2012 - 41.8 billion tenge. The cause of undevelopment is poor management of the budget programs. With a relatively high degree of development funds for the year - in 2010-2012 it is 98-99 percent, the results are achieved at the level of 86-89 percent ", said Mr.Dossaev.
According to the Minister, as a result of poor management of the budget programs annual growth of national budget expenditure is associated with reduced efficiency.
