Britain's Prince Harry visits World Trade Center site in NY

The 24-year-old prince joined New York Parks commissioner Adrian Benepe and other officials for the dedication at Hanover Square in Lower Manhattan. The garden honors the 67 British nationals who died in the September 11 terrorist attacks.
