ASTANA. December 29. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ A man blew himself up at one of the apartments of the dwelling house in Kyzylorda, the representative of the press service of the Kyzylorda region department of internal affairs reports.
According to preliminary data, the incident happened in Kyzylorda left one victim dead.
The facts are being verified, he added.
