Boy, 5, burns down grandma's apartment in Taraz

TARAZ. KAZINFORM - A five-year-old boy left unsupervised set his grandmother's apartment on fire in Taraz, the press service of the Zhambyl regional emergencies department says.
The boy set fire to the carpet and the blaze engulfed the one-bedroom apartment. His 88-year-old grandmother managed to put out the fire before the firefighters arrived. But the old lady was hospitalized with carbon monoxide poisoning afterwards.
