ASTANA. February 2. KAZINFORM Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation Zautbek Turisbekov has extended a letter of congratulation to Naina Yeltsina on behalf of President Nursultan Nazarbayev upon the 80th anniversary of Boris Yeltsin, the press service of the Kazakh Embassy in Russia informs.
"Boris Yeltsin devoted his life to serving his Motherland, formation and development of democratic Russia. He did a lot for strengthening and expanding bilateral cooperation between our countries," the letter reads.
