Border guard detachment detains man with 3 kg of marijuana in Kostanay rgn

ASTANA. November 8. KAZINFORM - On the Kazakh-Russian border the checkpoint officers have detained a citizen of Kostanay region who was going to Russia by a road bypassing the checkpoint.
The detainee had 3 kilograms of marijuana, the press service of the Border Guard of the National Security Committee reports.
The violator, born in 1966, was arrested with the help of search dogs.
Criminal procedures are being carried out.
