Bolashak graduates should fulfill their commitments: Education Minister

ASTANA. April 16. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan's Minister of Education and Science Bakytzhan Zhumagulov has urged graduates of the Bolashak Scholarship Scheme to fulfill their commitments. From now on, the fulfillment of their obligations under the presidential scholarship will be closely monitored.
At today's session of the Government, Minister Zhumagulov reminded of an information system "Student abroad" developed by the Education and Science Ministry together with the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan.
"After a Bolashak graduate crosses the national border of Kazakhstan, the fulfillment of his/her obligations will be tightly controlled by the system and the Ministry," B. Zhumagulov said.
