Blowing snow forces closure of a motorway in E Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A section of the Almaty-Ust Kamenogorsk motorway has been closed in East Kazakhstan region tonight due to blowing snow, officials say.
According to the Committee for emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, poor visibility and blowing snow forced the authorities to close the section of Almaty-Ust Kamenogorsk highway for all types of transport on Sunday evening.
