Blizzard shuts down Petropavlovsk-Astana highway

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The Petropavlovsk-Astana highway has been shut down tonight due to bad weather conditions, Kazinform has learnt from the Committee for emergencies of the Internal Affairs Ministry.
"The Petropavlovsk-Astana highway was closed due to blizzard and wind gusting up to 20 mps," the committee's statement reads.
