Blasts in China near Communist Party offices injure 1

BEIJING. November 6. KAZINFORM A series of explosions near the offices of the local committee of the Communist Party in a northern China province injured one person and damaged two vehicles Wednesday morning, police said. The blasts occurred in provincial capital of Taiyuan about 7:40 a.m. (6:40 p.m. ET Tuesday), Shanxi police said on its Weibo social media account.
Authorities are investigating the cause.
State-run CCTV reported that roads near the blast scene have been blocked off.
