Black ice shuts down road in Karaganda rgn

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Vehicular traffic on "Ekaterinburg - Almaty" (1488-1854 km) section of road has been closed for all types of vehicles due to the deteriorating weather conditions (fog, precipitation, black ice).
Kazinform has learnt from Emergency Committee of Internal Affairs Ministry.
