Black ice restricts vehicular traffic in Karaganda region

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Vehicular traffic has been restricted in Karaganda region due to black ice, Kazinform refers to the Emergency Committee under the Ministry of Interior.
Black ice, precipitation restricted traffic for all types of vehicles on Almaty-Yekaterinburg (489-637 km) section of road and on the section of highway from the border of Zhambyl region to the town of Balkhash.
