Belarus to observe parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan, Latvia

MINSK. KAZINFORM - Representatives of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Belarus will observe parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan and Latvia, BelTA learnt from CEC Secretary Nikolai Lozovik.
Thus, the parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan are scheduled for 1 October 2014. CEC member Mikhail Petrushin will monitor the elections on Belarus' behalf. The elections to the Latvian Saeima will take place on 4 October. Belarus will be represented at the parliamentary elections in Latvia by two observers - Yelena Dmukhailo and Alexander Dudko, BelTA reports.
