Belarus to ink agreement on railway infrastructure access in Single Economic Space

MINSK. October 10. KAZINFORM A draft agreement on rules of access to services provided by the railway transport infrastructure in the Single Economic Space and on rules of rendering railway transport infrastructure services in the SES has been approved as the basis for negotiations. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed the relevant decree on 9 October, the press service of the Belarusian leader told BelTA.
Belarusian Transport and Communications Minister Anatoly Sivak has been authorized to hold negotiations on the draft agreement and to sign the document.
