Belarus Premier suggests setting up joint multinat'l corporations

ST. PETERSBURG. November 20. KAZINFORM The Prime Minister of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich called the CIS countries to create joint ventures and multinational corporations.

"We need to make better use of the integration potential, starting to create joint ventures, joint transnational corporations, and financial-industrial groups", Mr. Myasnikovich stated at the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the CIS, the extended format, in St. Petersburg.

According to him, so far the CIS countries are trading through national opportunities, someone makes goods, and someone buys them. "We must create a multinational corporation in the CIS and in the framework of the Customs Union ", said the prime minister of Belarus.

The Prime Minister of Belarus stressed that the focus should be given to the protection of our common internal market.
