Belarus, Kazakhstan to lease each other land parcels for diplomatic missions
ASTANA. May 31. KAZINFORM A plenary session of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan has adopted a law "Concerning the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the mutual allotment of land parcels for diplomatic missions."
"The agreement stipulates that the Belarusian side will lease a 0.86-hectare land parcel in Minsk to the Kazakh side on a reciprocal basis. The land parcel will be used for the placement of the Kazakh diplomatic mission for a period of 49 years," Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Rapil Zhoshibayev said presenting the bill, BelTA reported.
According to Rapil Zhoshibayev, Kazakhstan leases a 0.86-hectare land parcel in Astana to Belarus on a reciprocal basis. The land parcel will be used by the Belarusian diplomatic mission for a period of 49 years.
