ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Yerlan Battakov has been designated as the Head of the Department of Presidential Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazinform has learnt from the Akorda's press service.
The corresponding decree was inked by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
