Bad weather closes roads in Aktobe and Kyzylorda regions

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Roads have been closed in Aktobe and Kyzylorda regions this morning due to poor weather conditions.
Black ice forced Aktobe authorities to shut down a section of the Samara Shymkent highway for all types of vehicles. Another section of the same highway was closed in Kyzylorda region because of rain and ice slick.
