Baby, 4, drowns in a river in unclear circumstances - Almaty region

ASTANA. October 12. KAZINFORM A four-year-old child drowned in unclear circumstances in the Karatal River near Baishegir village in the Almaty region yesterday, the press service of the Ministry of Emergencies reports.
The baby's body was found and pulled out of the water by local rescuers.
