Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan to construct new nickel manufactures
BAKU. February 24. KAZINFORM Azerbaijan and Aktobe region of Kazakhstan will construct joint glass and nickel production plants.
Today in Baku Akim of Aktobe region of Kazakhstan Arkhimed Mukhambetov has reported that the region presented large projects in Azerbaijan and intends to attract Azerbaijani companies to invest in them.
"Today we are presenting 20 large projects on nickel, glass production and others and want to find Azerbaijani partners for joint construction," A. Mukhambetov said.
According to Fineko/abc.az, in his words joint work of Azerbaijani and Kazakh entrepreneurs on construction of such large plants will create conditions for entering third countries' market with joint products.
"Since 1 January Kazakhstan has entered the Single Economic Space which also includes Russia and Belarus and if earlier cooperation with Kazakhstan meant joining the market with 16 million population, now this population exceeds 180 million people. Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine have also expressed interest to join the Single Economic Space," A. Mukhambetov said.
