Austrian businessmen explore opportunities for cooperation with East Kazakhstan region
UST-KAMENOGORSK - A delegation of Austrian businessmen has arrived in eastern Kazakhstan for a two-day visit to explore the opportunities for cooperation.
The delegation from the Austrian federal state of Styria is led by Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan in Austria Hunter Nebel and also includes President of the Styrian Parliament Franz Majcen and other officials from the state. The key goal of the visit is the establishment of partnership in the sphere of economy, agriculture and tourism between Styria and East Kazakhstan region. The guests from Austria have already paid a visit to a regional hospital, an oncology center, a farming enterprise and a tourist place "Nurtau". A memorandum of cooperation is believed to be signed between the sides.
