Atyrau oblast manufactured products worth KZT 1 trln 403 bln in Jan-Sep 2009

ATYRAU. October 21. KAZINFORM /Andrey Sokolov/ In January-September 2009 industrial enterprises of Atyrau oblast have manufactured products to the amount of KZT 1 trln 103 bln that is 19.4% more against the same period in 2008, Kazinform refers to regional statistics department.
The region produced 19 mln 42 thousand tons of oil, 8 bln 249 mln cubic meters of gas and 1 mln 605 thousand tons of sulphur in this period. As for processing industry, the region manufactured products worth KZT 126 bln in nine months. That is 7% higher than in 2008.
