ATF Bank to finance construction of Infinity housing complex

ALMATY. July 21. KAZINFORM The ATF Bank and Samruk-Kazyna Real Estate Fund have signed an Agreement on financing of "Aliancestroyinvest" LLP housing complexes; Kazinform reports.
The completion of construction of "Infinity 1" housing complex is scheduled in 2010 whereas Infinity 2 is to be accomplished in 2011. 821 home owners will receive 55 418 sq meters of housing within the project. The overall floorage of the construction facility amounts to 72 877 sq m.
Independent foreign Company "KVL Consult" LLP will monitor construction and financial operations at the construction facilities.
