At least 30 injured after vehicle plows into crowd in US
At least 30 people were injured, including seven critically, after an unidentified vehicle drove into a crowd in Los Angeles early Saturday, local media reported, Anadolu Agency reports.
The crash occurred around 2 am local time (0900GMT) near West Santa Monica Boulevard, in an area known for its music venues, in East Hollywood, CNN quoted the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) as saying.
According to the fire department, seven individuals were transported in critical condition, six sustained serious injuries, and 10 were in fair condition.
As earlier reported, at least nine people have been killed and multiple others were injured in Vancouver, the capital of the western Canadian province of British Columbia, after a car drove into a crowd at a Filipino street festival in April this year.
