Astana to launch project on tax administration reforming

ASTANA. February 18. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ A project on reforming the tax administration will be launched in Astana on Monday, February 21, the press service of the KazakhTax Committee of the Kazakh Ministry of Finance reported.
The project is realized with the participation of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development within the frameworks of the Loan Agreement between Kazakhstan and the Bank.
The main purpose of the project is to reform and strengthen the tax administration in order to increase the level of taxpayers' voluntarily compliance with the tax legislation, efficiency of the measures against tax evasion, administrative efficiency and reduction of the potential for corruption.
