Astana to host jubilee exhibition of Kamil Mullashev
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - 24 October Astana Palace of Independence will open an exhibition dedicated to the 70th jubilee of Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1996), People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan (2003), a laureate the G. Tukai State Award of the Republic of Tatarstan (2009), a winner of the silver medal of the Academy of Arts of France (1984) Kamil Mullashev.
According to Kulzhazira Mukazhanova, the art critic of the State Museum of Arts named after A.Kasteyev, in his works the master addresses many topics including unity and harmony between the man and the universe, the idea of space, traditional world of nomads. Kamil Mullashev is known throughout the world, as evidenced by the fact that his works are in private collections in Russia, France, USA, China, Canada and other countries. K. Mullashev's pictures are exhibited in the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow, the State Museum of Arts named after A. Kasteyev in Almaty, in many public and private collections of the United States, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Turkey, and China.
