Astana residents got opportunity to pass polygraph testing
ASTANA. August 5. KAZINFORM - Center for infromation reliability evaluation has opened in Astana today. This institution is equipped with up-to-date of polygraphs – lie detectors, astana.kz reports.
According to the specialists. The purpose of the center is to bring psychophysiological investigations in Kazakhstan to the high level, as well as control over quality, training and security of polygraph examiners from faulty clients.
The CIRE will provide an opportunity to conduct examination using the polygraph during selection, attestation, internal investigations, during investigative operations and examination of crimes. The main clients of the center, according to the founders’ idea, will be legal and individual persons as well as state structures.
Chairlady of Kazakhstani association of polygraph testers Tatyana Pivovarova, who is deputy director for educational work in CIRE, will work directly with clients. The work of the center also engages one of the leading polygraph examiners of international renown, the author and developer of the most popular polygraph device within CIS territory “Diana” Alexander Soshnikov, and one of the leading polygraph examiners of Russia, the author of the unique combinatory probability model of computer algorithm ChanceCalc Alexander Pelenitsyn.
The opening ceremony involved representatives of the Ministry of internal affairs of Kazakhstan, Prosecutor’s office of Kazakhstan, National Security Committee of Kazakhstan.
