ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Astana Pro Team cyclist Valentin Iglinskiy, convicted of doping, has been disqualified for 4 years by the resolution of Anti-Doping Commission of the Kazakhstan Cycling Federation, the press service of the Federation reported.
