Astana Opera theatre started online ticketing for all performances and concerts
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Today "Astana Opera" theatre is launching its electronic ticket sales system. Tickets will be sold via Biletbar.kz ticketing agent, ticketing widget will be installed on the theatre's website. Ticket costs in booking offices and on the Internet will be equal.
Realization of this project will make ticketing to the Main and Chamber halls more accessible and convenient. It should be noted that all sales, regardless of the way of purchase, are synchronized, and this rules out the possibility that tickets for the same seat will be bought, astana.kz reports.
"Attention was also paid to ticket protection from counterfeits. Each ticket is protected by QR code, containing data about the purchase, such as the row, seat, way and time of purchase. When entering the hall this code is scanned by a special scanning unit, therefore, the ticket is validated", the theatre notes.
Besides, owners of smart phones and tablet computers don't have to print their tickets, for there is an option of reading the e-ticket from the screen. In order to attend an event, one has to save the QR code in his gadget, which will in fact become the ticket.
