Astana hosts V Assembly of ECOSAI
ASTANA. October 13. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ V Assembly of the Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions of the Economic Cooperation countries (ECOSAI) has started its work in Astana today.
The forum participants will sum up the results of the Organization's work over the last year and will define ECOSAI's policy for short-term period. The members of the Organization will share their experience in improvement of state financial control, raising its efficiency and ensuring transparency of management of state resources.
New President of the ECOSAI, members of the board and the Audit Committee will be elected within the Assembly/
As is known, since 2007 Chairman of the Kazakh Accounts Committee Omarkhan Oxikbay has been the President of ECOSAI.
