Astana declaration adopted at TURKPA plenary sitting

ASTANA. April 28. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking countries adopted the Astana declaration after its plenary sitting on Thursday.
The document reflects the achievements of Kazakhstan in the community of Turkic states, the success of its chairmanship of OSCE. The Assembly also praised the organization of the World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue, which took place in April this year in Azerbaijan. The Parliamentary Assembly supports the processes of stabilization of the situation in Kyrgyzstan.
At a press conference following the plenary sitting Kazakh Majilis Speaker Ural Mukhamedzhanov expressed confidence in further expansion of the Assembly.
