Assembly of Kazakhstan People plays big role in building up peace

Constitution is an indispensable attribute of a state like Emblem, Flag and Hymn», - member of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Aktobe branch of Kazakhstan Koreans Association Konstantin Tskhai.
The Constitution of Kazakhstan has much in common with the Constitution of France that was adopted at the all-national referendum. Having become disappointed in the parliament regime the people of France voted for the presidential form of administration, Tskhai comments.
Thanks to the efforts of the President we our economy is quite well developed and holds a decent place in the world community, he added. «Constitutional status implies a big role that the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan plays in consolidation of peace and accord in our country which is a main fortune and achievement of our society. Due to the actions of the administration we avoided the worst consequences that might have been caused by the recession, and on the threshold of the 140th anniversary Aktobe is one of the most beautiful towns of the country», Konstantin Tskhai said.
