ASTANA. KAZINFORM - By presidential decree Askar Musinov appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akorda informs.
He was relieved of his post as responsible secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
