Armenian Foreign Minister and Kazakh Ambassador discuss bilateral coop prospects

ASTANA. August 28. KAZINFORM - Kazakh Ambassador to Armenia Aiymdos Boszhigitov has met with Eduard Nalbandyan, Foreign Minister of Armenia, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reports.
The meeting discussed the current state and prospects of Kazakh-Armenian relations.
In the context of the upcoming UN General Assembly session in New York, particular attention was paid to the importance of the UN role in maintaining international peace and security and to the issues of collaboration in the framework of international organizations.
Kazakh Ambassador expressed hope that the Armenian side will give support to Kazakhstan's candidacy for non-permanent members of the UN Security Council for 2017-2018.
