ASTANA. December 2. KAZINFORM /Askar Bimendin/ Armenia categorically refuses to return to military action in Nagorno-Karabakh. President Serzh Sargsyan has made it public at the third session of the OSCE Summit in Astana on Thursday.
"Whatever the decision is, it must be based on the goodwill of the people of Karabakh. This is just the right of people to self-determination", he stressed.
