According to him the key objective is the fixation of the "bottom of the crisis" at a maximum high level. This tells about the fact that notwithstanding the present scale of the Governmental Antirecessionary Program (with stabilization tranche amounted to USD 10 bln) it needs a new impulse.

According to the expert as far as the program was developed as flexible one for quick response on dynamic environment it can be and should be developed by large and coordinated complex of actions and tools in three directions. They are: keeping of demand at the maximum high level at the expense of further growth of volume and quality of the state purchases allocation; support of the real sector (by reduction of the debt load for enterprises and tax remissions) as well as stabilization of the banking sector (by addressing the issue of the portfolio credit quality, external debt and additional liquidity).

At the end the representative of Zertteu DC Group addressed to the business community for support in the program development. "The crisis encourages all economic entities to change individual approaches and quality of interactions between them. We see it according to the interaction with the state sector at such platforms as the Antirecessionary Council under the Kazakh Government and our National Business Forum platform. But now the intellectual and financial resources of the private sector are the key problem for us which are expected from the advanced part of the business. The work with such institutions as Forum of Entrepreneurs, Association of Economists and Association of Financiers is successful.", - A. Idrissov said.
