Anti-Terrorism Centre's first meeting held in Kazakhstan's National Security Committee
ASTANA. July 11. KAZINFORM - Yesterday under the chairmanship of the National Security Committee Leader Nurtai Abykayev has been conducted the enlarged first meeting of Anti-Terrorism Centre (ATC) of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This is reported on the official site of the National Security Committee.
The participants of the session worked out measures to further strengthen inter-agency cooperation, and overall system-wide counter-terrorism and religious extremism.
The meeting was attended by first heads of ministries and departments, as well as by regional akims, akims of cities Astana and Almaty on-line.
As it is known, the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 24 June 2013 approved the Regulations on Anti-Terrorist Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Model Regulations on the antiterrorist commission.
