Anti-corruption conference in Burabai to bring together reps of 40 states
ASTANA. June 17. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ International Anti-Corruption Conference "International Mechanisms and Instruments for Combating Corruption" will take place in Burabai National resort on June 24-25, the Kazakh Agency for Fighting Economic and Corruption Crimes (Financial Police) reports.
According to the organizers, the Conference will provide an opportunity to exchange experience and study the issues of implementation of the Council of Europe Criminal Law Conventions on Corruption and the United Nations Convention against Corruption. The best world practices in combating corruption will be presented at the forum.
About 100 representatives of state bodies, business associations, non-governmental, academic and international organizations from 40 countries are expected to take part in the Conference.
