Annual President's Address to be published January 31

ASTANA. KAZINFORM On January 31 Head of State will deliver his annual address to the Nation. This was stated today by President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, Kazinform correspondent reports.
"Tomorrow my Annual Address (...) will be published. My Address to the Nation will focus on the third modernization in Kazakhstan", said the Head of State.
