Amir Omarkhanov reaches J300 Beijing Tournament semifinal
Kazakhstan's Amir Omarkhanov, ranked 15th by ITF Juniors, has reached the J300 Beijing Juniors Tournament semifinal, Kazinform News Agency learned from the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation.
In the quarterfinal, he confidently defeated Kuan-Shou Chen (ranked 79th) from Chinese Taipei with a score of 6:3, 6:2.
In the semifinal he is set to face Serbian player Ognjen Milic (ranked 56th).
Previously, Omarkhanov defeated South Korean player Donghyun Hwang ranking 113rd in the ITF Juniors 6:7 (4:7), 6:4, 6:3.
