Amendments on introduction of security deposit institute adopted: Senate

ASTANA. February 25. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Senate of the Kazakh Parliament adopted the Law "On amendments to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on the issues of modernizing the civil legislation".
In order to strengthen the institute of private property and contractual relationships the amendments regarding invalidity of legal transaction, introduction of security deposit, crewless motor vehicle rental agreement were introduced to the Law.
