Almost 22,000 people diagnosed with A/H1N1 virus worldwide - WHO

MOSCOW. June 5. KAZINFORM A total of 21,940 people in 69 countries worldwide have been diagnosed with swine flu, with 125 deaths, the World Health Organization said on its website on Friday; Kazinform refers to RIA Novosti.
The number of confirmed A/H1N1 infections rose by 2,681 over Thursday. Luxembourg, Saudi Arabia and Barbados reported their first cases of swine flu.
A WHO committee of experts will hold an emergency session on Friday from 14:00 to 15:00 GMT to decide on whether a full-scale pandemic should be declared, AFP reported; Kazinform cites RIA Novosti.
