Almaty region's Governor charged to go into issue of unused lands returning to the state
ASTANA. June 5. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has visited The Park of Innovative Technologies (PIT) located in a special economic zone in the village of Alatau today during his working trip to Almaty, the press service of Akorda reported.
Nursultan Nazarbayev reviewed the PIT activity and the corporate activities within the free economic zone.
A number of innovative projects was presented to the President during the trip. In particular, "SAT&Co" new technology of 3-D pictures' broadcasting and a joint project of innovative service center under "KazakhstanTemirZholy" JSC and "Hewlett Packard" Company were officially unveiled.
Moreover, the Kazakh President charged governor of Almaty region Aslan Mukhanov to look more carefully into the issue on underutilized lands' return to the state for their subsequent cession to the PIT.
