All legal procedures on BTA Bank's debt restructuring to be completed until Sept - SamrukKazyna
ASTANA. July 18. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ All legal procedures on BTA Bank's debt restructuring are planned to be completed until September 2010. Kairat Aitekenov, Managing Director of Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund has said it at today's Kazakh-German business forum in Astana.
He reminded that a general voting on the plan of the BTA Bank's debt restructuring among creditors was held with support of Samruk-Kazyna Fund on May 28. Three out of 11 members of the Creditors' Committee represented German institutes then. Aitekenov thanked the German side for a constructive position in "these difficult talks".
"BTA Bank will make every effort to complete all legal procedures concerning debt restructuring until September this year", K. Aitekenov said.
