Aktobe region Governor meets with Samsung Electronics reps

The main purpose of their visit is search of a promising place for construction of a plant on production of household appliances. According to the Company's Vice-President, with the same purpose the delegation has paid visit to Uzbekistan, and later it would visit Uralsk and Moscow.

Yeleussin Sagindikov informed the Samsung Electronics representatives of economic development of Aktobe region and its investment opportunities. the investors was interested in information on presence of the rich natural recourses in the region, extensive network of transport communications and construction of the international transit corridor «Western Europe - Western China», which allows to increase cargo handling areas in future.

It was noted that Aktobe region is considered as a region of intensive foreign economic cooperation, which created and successfully implements over 500 joint enterprises, including the Korean National Oil Corporation and Bhilip Equipment Cooperation Company.

Also the South Korean delegation was given opportunity to visit several industrial facilities of Aktobe oblast which could serve as the basis for the new plant construction
