Aktau seaport to increase cargo handling to 21 mln tons

Mr. Sklyar noted that to expand the Aktau sea port the company is constructing three cargo terminals with the capacity of 3 million tons per year including one grain terminal with handling capacity of 1.5 million tons of grain a year and the two terminals of general and containerized cargo with the capacity of 1 5 million tons. Thus, the existing capacity of the Aktau sea port will increase from 18 to 21 million tons of terminalling," he said. According to his words, construction and installation works are underway. He informed that he the works are scheduled to be completed before July 1.
