Agriculture Ministry proposes agricultural producers to build their own grain storages

ASTANA. June 16. KAZINFORM /Askar Bimendin/ 15 new grain storages are planned to be built in Kazakhstan in 2010. Their total capacity is expected to make 390 thousand tons of grain.
Arman Yevniyev, Vice Minister of Agriculture, said it at a press conference today.
The Government of the country charged KazAgro Holding to help the producers implement the projects on construction or modernization of grain storages.
The project is directed on those agricultural producers who wish and can build medium capacity grain storages alone or on a cooperative basis.
